Affordable prefab home Models
Our standard floor plans were prepared considering different needs of clients based on one storey and two storey models. According to family size our customer can choose from our wide range of carefully prepared designs starting from a 49 m² small house for small family and up to 149 m² three bedroom house. We also offer our clients the flexibility of modifying the plan according to their requirements or even sending us their own plans and we will turn it into reality.
Karmod has already completed many social housing projects especially in Iraq. The 10000 people capacity city in Baghdad, which consists of 1884 low cost houses units was produced by Karmod within 7 months. The main advantages of our affordable houses are the high quality materials used, fire resistant, earthquake resistant, high sound and head insulation and modern designs. Our huge production capacity of 40,000 m² per month makes it easy to commit to producing thousands of units every year.
